Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support waiters, runners, and host staff during service.
Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Take food and beverage orders accurately, upselling where appropriate.
Maintain deep knowledge of menu items, specials, and wine pairings.
Ensure tables are properly set and service areas are clean and organized.
Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints promptly and courteously.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Guide new staff and provide on-the-job training when required.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling if needed.
