Experience: 2–5 Years
Manage the assigned section and ensure smooth restaurant service.
Provide excellent guest service and handle guest queries professionally.
Take accurate orders and coordinate with Kitchen & Bar teams.
Maintain menu knowledge and support upselling.
Guide Stewards and ensure smooth team coordination.
Maintain grooming, hygiene and premium service standards.
Support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
Preferred: Candidates from Premium/Fine Dining or 5-Star Hotels with strong guest-handling skills.
JD – Bartender | Baan Phad Thai
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2–5 Years
Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails and beverages as per standards.
Maintain strong knowledge of beverages, ingredients and presentation.
Ensure bar setup, cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
Handle guest interactions and provide personalized beverage recommendations.
Support upselling and maintain accurate beverage inventory.
Coordinate with the FOH team to ensure smooth service.
Follow company SOPs and responsible service standards.
Preferred: Candidates from Premium/Fine Dining, Luxury Hotels or High-End Bars with excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
