📌 Job Role

Humein ek customer-friendly aur responsible Captain chahiye jo café ke daily service operations ko smoothly handle kar sake aur customers ko achhi service provide kare.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Customers ko welcome karna aur table par properly seat karna.

• Customers ko menu provide karna aur menu items ke baare mein basic information dena.

• Customers ke food & beverage orders lena aur accurately kitchen tak communicate karna.

• Kitchen se food collect karke customers ko timely aur properly serve karna.

• Customers ko water refill karna aur required items provide karna.

• Extra plates, cutlery, tissues, sauces/condiments etc. customer ki requirement ke according provide karna.

• Customer ke table ko regularly check karna aur unki requirements ko attend karna.

• Customer ke khana khane ke baad used plates, glasses, cutlery etc. table se uthana.

• Tables ko clean karke next customer ke liye properly reset karna.

• Dining area mein cleanliness aur hygiene maintain karna.

• Customer ka bill present karna aur payment collect karna, as per company process.

• Cash/UPI/card payments ko properly handle karna aur payment-related discrepancy ko manager ko inform karna.

• Customer complaints aur requests ko politely handle karna.

• Kitchen, Barista aur other service staff ke saath proper coordination maintain karna.

• Busy hours mein efficiently kaam karna aur service speed maintain karna.

• Café ke grooming, hygiene aur service SOPs follow karna.

• Crockery, cutlery aur other service items ko carefully handle karna.

• Kisi bhi shortage, breakage ya operational issue ko senior/manager ko report karna.

• Opening aur closing duties mein management ke instructions ke according support karna.

👤 Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass preferred.

• 03 months –3 years ka restaurant/café/hotel service experience preferred.

• Captain/Steward/Service Executive experience will be an advantage.

• Customer-facing role mein confidently communicate kar sake.

• Professional grooming aur positive attitude hona chahiye.

• Rotational shifts, weekends aur festive days mein kaam karne ke liye comfortable hona chahiye
