Job Overview:
The Restaurant Captain is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing the dining area, supervising the service team, and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Supervise and train service staff, delegating tasks as needed.
Handle guest complaints, special requests, and ensure accurate billing.
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a supervisory restaurant role is preferred.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
