Job Overview:

The Restaurant Captain is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing the dining area, supervising the service team, and ensuring smooth operations. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure a memorable dining experience for guests at Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

• Supervise and train service staff, delegating tasks as needed.

• Handle guest complaints, special requests, and ensure accurate billing.

• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth operations.

• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory restaurant role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Positive attitude and professional appearance.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time వెయిటర్ / స్టీవార్డ్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
