Job Title: Restaurant Captain (Internship to Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities

Digital Ordering: Learn and master our handheld POS devices to take accurate guest orders.

Service & Hospitality: Serve food and drinks with a smile, ensuring guests feel welcome and well-cared for. Help In Cleaning The Table .

Feedback Loop: Actively talk to guests to gather feedback and report insights to the management team.

Operational Training: Work closely with the manager to learn Opening and Closing procedures, including station setup, inventory checks, and shift handovers.

Team Support: Help maintain a clean, organized, and high-energy environment during busy hours.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2yr Of Experience

Tech-Savvy: You should be comfortable using smartphones/tablets for order management.

People Person: You enjoy talking to strangers and have a positive, helpful personality.

Growth Mindset: You are looking for a long-term career, not just a temporary gig.

Availability: Flexible enough to handle early morning openings or evening closing shifts.
