Key Responsibili es 1. Outlet Hygiene & Maintenance  Ensure cleanliness and sanita on of the store/kiosk area including floors, counters, equipment, and utensils  Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards as per Basil Health SOPs  Ensure proper waste segrega on and disposal  Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout opera ng hours 2. Food & Beverage Prepara on  Prepare and serve food and beverages as per approved recipes and por on guidelines  Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and within expiry limits  Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly  Maintain consistency in product quality, taste, and presenta on 3. Customer Service  Greet customers courteously and assist with menu selec on  Provide accurate product informa on including ingredients, nutri on, and offers  Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner  Ensure quick and efficient service to enhance customer experience 4. Sales & POS Opera ons  Operate POS systems for billing and payments (Cash, Card, UPI, Wallets)  Ensure 100% billing compliance with no unbilled transac ons  Maintain daily sales records and cash reconcilia on  Support upselling and add-on sales ini a ves to improve revenue 5. Inventory & Stock Management  Monitor daily stock levels and ensure mely replenishment  Follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) method for stock usage  Minimize wastage and report stock variance immediately  Maintain accurate inward and outward stock records 6. Compliance, Repor ng & Teamwork  Adhere to all company SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements  Assist in store/kiosk opening and closing ac vi es  Coordinate with team members, supervisors, and management for smooth opera ons  Par cipate in training programs and con nuous skill development  Support repor ng requirements related to sales, hygiene, and inventory
