Role Overview:
As a Kiosk Staff at Basil Health, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day Operations of the kiosk, maintaining hygiene standards, preparing food & beverages, handling POS billing, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilites:
1. Outlet Hygiene & Maintenance
Clean and sanitize the kiosk area (floor, counter, equipment, utensils) regularly.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards as per Basil SOPs.
Ensure waste segregtion and proper disposal of garbage.
Maintain overall cleanliness of work area throughout the day.
2. Food & Beverage Preparation
Prepare and serve food & beverages as per Basil recipes and proper guidelines.
Ensure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and within expiry.
Handle kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Maintain consistency in quality, taste, and presentation.
3. Customer Service
Greet and assist customers with menu selection.
Provide product knowledge (ingredients, nutrition, offers).
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback politely.
Ensure quick and efficient service to minimize waitng time.
4. Sales & POS Handling
Operate POS machine for billing and payments (cash, card, UPI, wallets).
Ensure 100% billing for all sales – no unbilled orders.
Maintain daily sales records and reconcile cash at end of shift.
Promote upselling and add-on sales.
5. Inventory & Stock Management
Check daily stock levels and inform Supervisor for replenishment.
Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) method for stock usage.
Prevent wastage and report any stock variance immediately.
Maintain records of inward & outward stock.
6. Compliance & Teamwork
Follow all company SOPs and compliance policies.
Assist in kiosk opening & closing actvites.
Coordinate with fellow staff and supervisor for smooth operations.
Participate in training programs and skill upgrades.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass.
Prior experience in F&B / QSR / Café preferred.
Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing.
Good communication & customer service skills.
Willingness to work in shifts and maintain hygiene standards.
