Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and provide courteous, professional service.
• Assist guests with seating and explain menu items confidently.
• Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure tables and dining areas are clean, organized and properly set.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Guide and support junior stewards during busy operations.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, hygiene and cleanliness.
• Check cutlery, crockery and service items regularly.
• Support opening and closing duties of the café.
• Ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams.
• Promote a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Preferred: Previous experience as a Senior Steward / Captain in a café, restaurant or fine-dining environment. Good communication, customer-service skills and professional grooming are essential.
