Qualification need to be Diploma/Graduation

Candidate should be 5 to 7 years experience in hotel industry

Candidate should be excellent command verbal and written communication skills.

Candidate should have Administrative skills

Salary – 20,000/- to 22,000/-

Job Responsibility

· Operational Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

· Staff Management:

Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate F&B staff, including servers, bartenders, cooks, and other support personnel.

· Menu Development and Cost Control:

Collaborate with chefs to develop and refine menus, considering guest preferences, market trends, and profitability.

· Purchasing and Inventory:

Manage the purchasing of food and beverage items, ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

· Financial Management:

Monitor revenue and expenses, analyze profitability, and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs.

· Guest Satisfaction:

Ensure that all F&B interactions are positive, resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

· Event Planning and Management:

Plan and manage banquets, conferences, and other special events, ensuring smooth execution and guest satisfaction.

· Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure food safety, hygiene, and consistent food and beverage quality.

· Marketing and Promotion:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests and promote F&B offerings.

· Compliance:

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including food safety, health, and labor laws.
