We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Captain to supervise daily service operations, coordinate with staff, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have leadership skills, good communication abilities, and experience in handling guests and team coordination.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily floor/service operations
Welcome and attend to guests professionally
Ensure high standards of customer service
Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints politely
Train and guide junior staff when required
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the service area
Maintain billing accuracy and assist with order management
Ensure adherence to company policies and hygiene standards
