Check guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Clear and return used food & beverage items to designated areas.
Handle POS closing, cash, and credit card settlements accurately.
Keep restaurant front and back areas clean and organized.
Follow hotel SOPs and brand service standards consistently.
Work closely with team members to achieve restaurant goals.
Complete assigned daily and shift responsibilities.
Perform closing duties, including restocking and shutdown tasks.
Conduct monthly inventory checks of equipment and supplies.
Support training and development of junior staff.
Perform additional duties assigned by the manager.
