Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Restaurant Captain to lead the service team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will supervise daily operations, maintain service standards, and support the team in delivering high-quality hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant service operations

• Lead and guide stewards and service staff during shifts

• Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer queries professionally

• Maintain service quality, hygiene, and safety standards

• Take orders, assist in service when required, and ensure timely delivery

• Train new staff and support team development

• Monitor table setups, cleanliness, and overall ambiance

• Coordinate with kitchen team for smooth service flow

Requirements:

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality service

• Prior experience in a supervisory role preferred

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Well-groomed and customer-focused personality

• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
