Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the service team during restaurant operations.
Ensure high standards of guest service and customer satisfaction.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Allocate duties and guide stewards to ensure smooth service.
Monitor table setup, cleanliness, and restaurant ambience.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar team for timely service.
Assist in training and motivating team members.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.
Support achieving outlet sales and service targets.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience as a Captain or Senior Steward in a restaurant/hotel.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
Experience in South Indian or Casual Dining Restaurants will be an added advantage.
