Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily restaurant operations.

• Ensure customers receive fast, friendly, and excellent service.

• Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.

• Supervise and support the restaurant crew during shifts.

• Help increase restaurant sales and improve customer satisfaction.

• Reduce food wastage and control daily operating costs.

• Ensure all company policies and safety guidelines are followed.

• Handle customer complaints politely and resolve them quickly.

• Monitor stock, raw materials, and restaurant equipment.

• Help prepare the restaurant before opening and during each shift.

• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

• Learn to manage opening and closing shifts.

• Assist in preparing staff schedules and managing leave requests with the Restaurant Manager.

• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
