About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and disciplined Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness, preparing ingredients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should be physically fit, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist chefs with basic food preparation and ingredient handling.
Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables and other ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and workstations.
Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, and cooking utensils.
Receive, store, and organize kitchen supplies.
Dispose of waste and ensure proper sanitation practices.
Assist in loading, unloading, and stocking inventory.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.
Support the kitchen team with any additional operational requirements.
Eligibility
Prior experience as a Kitchen Helper is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and willing to perform manual tasks.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
