Dishwashing & Cleaning: Wash, dry, and neatly store utensils, cutting boards, pans, and dishes. Sweep, mop floors, wipe down counters, and sanitize food preparation surfaces.
Sanitation & Waste Management: Empty kitchen garbage cans, replace bags, and manage recycling and compost according to health and safety codes.
Stock & Inventory Management: Unload delivery trucks, inspect deliveries, and stock food supplies and chemicals in refrigerators, freezers, and pantries.
Service Support: Pack takeout orders, clear dirty tables for waitstaff, and refill condiments.
