Shift Manager :
General Duties • Report to duty on time with proper grooming and uniform. • Maintain personal hygiene and follow brand standards at all times. • Complete all assigned station tasks efficiently and responsibly. 2. Customer Service (CSR – Front of House) • Prepare and maintain the front-of-house area before opening. • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for customers. • Deliver prompt and courteous customer service. 3. Kitchen Operations • Prepare the kitchen area for daily operations including filling sauce bottles, cutting and prepping vegetables, and arranging stock properly. • Check and maintain frozen items stock and bun stock. • Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed. 4. Cleaning & Maintenance • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, workstations, and entire outlet premises. • Follow cleaning schedules and sanitation protocols. 5. Dispatch Station • Set up and organize the dispatch station. • Ensure orders are packed accurately and efficiently. • Coordinate with kitchen and front staff for smooth order flow. 6.
