We are seeking a reliable and energetic Kitchen Staff member to join our team. As a core part of our cafe, you will be responsible for the production of our signature stroopwafels, shakes and coffee and supporting the daily flow of a busy kitchen.
### Key Responsibilities
Stroopwafel Production: Operate waffle irons to bake fresh stroopwafels to order; slice, fill, and assemble with precision. Training will be provides.
Food Preparation: Prepare toppings, batters, and fillings following standardized recipes and quality benchmarks.
Order Fulfillment: Work efficiently to ensure all food and pastry orders are prepared quickly and presented beautifully.
Maintenance & Hygiene: Maintain a spotless workstation; follow all food safety protocols including equipment cleaning and proper ingredient storage.
Inventory Support: Assist with restocking supplies and notifying management of low inventory levels.
Customer Handling: Explain the menu to customers, taking orders and resolving their queries

Precision and Care: A "detail-oriented" mindset is essential—making the perfect stroopwafel requires consistent timing and temperature control.
Speed and Stamina: Ability to work on your feet in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume shifts.

Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding of basic health and safety regulations (Food Handler’s permit preferred).
