Key Responsibilities

1. Food Preparation Support

   • Assist in vegetable chopping and basic food preparation as per instructions.

   • Support chef during meal preparation and service hours.

   • Help in preparation of staff meals as per schedule.

2. Kitchen Cleaning & Hygiene

   • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, equipment, utensils, and workstations.

   • Follow hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times.

   • Ensure proper waste disposal as per guidelines.

3. Chef Assistance

   • Act as a chef assistant during peak hours.

   • Arrange ingredients, tools, and supplies required for cooking.

   • Assist in plating or packing as instructed.

4. Inventory & Stock Management

   • Assist in daily inventory checking of raw materials and kitchen supplies.

   • Inform supervisor/chef about low stock or expired items.

   • Help in proper storage of food items.

5. Kitchen Closing (Wind-Up Duties)

   • Ensure complete kitchen wind-up at closing time.

   • Clean all utensils, counters, gas stoves, and equipment.

   • Switch off gas, electrical appliances, and ensure kitchen safety before closure.

• It is a Full Time వెయిటర్ / స్టీవార్డ్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
