Job Overview

We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Kitchen Helper to support the kitchen team with daily food preparation, cleaning, and basic kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation.

• Wash, peel, cut, and portion vegetables and other ingredients.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, utensils, and work areas.

• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing kitchen supplies.

• Ensure ingredients and equipment are readily available for the kitchen team.

• Support dishwashing and cleaning activities as required.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen safety standards.

• Assist the kitchen team with other day-to-day tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a restaurant, café, hotel, or commercial kitchen is preferred.

• Freshers can also apply.

• Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.

• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Punctual, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Ability to work as part of a team.
