Job Title: Kitchen Staff / Kitchen Associate
Department: Kitchen Operations
Job Responsibilities
Wash, peel, cut, and chop vegetables and other food ingredients.
Assist in food preparation as per company recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
Follow food safety standards and proper storage procedures.
Check food quality and maintain freshness.
Assist in packing and dispatching food orders.
Follow FIFO/FEFO methods for stock management.
Maintain proper sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
Eligibility
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Basic understanding of kitchen work and hygiene.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Hardworking, punctual, and willing to learn.
Job Details
Working Hours: 10 hours per day
Shift: Rotational shifts
Weekly Off: 4 days off per month
