We are looking for a Kitchen Helper to join our team at Alterro Bakehouse And Cafe to provide excellent dining service to the guests. In this role, you will take orders, cook, serve food and beverages as requested and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5000 - ₹7000 and a friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist them in seating.
Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders.
Serve dishes in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
Respond to guest queries or requests.
Cook as per the SOPs and training.
Set up and clear tables for guests.
Job Requirements:
Read and sign the employment contract which specifies a 1 month notice period before leaving. Certificate of completion will be provided for trained barista, cooking and consistent good behaviour after 1 year.
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. They must have good communication skills, basic knowledge of food and beverages, and a customer-friendly attitude.
