Job Title: Junior & Senior Barista

Location: Nagpur
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000
Open Positions: 2 (Male & Female)

Experience: 1 Year - 3 Year

Job Overview:

We are looking for passionate and skilled Junior and Senior Baristas to join our team in Nagpur. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in coffee preparation, customer service, and maintaining café standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes
Operate coffee machines and ensure proper maintenance
Provide excellent customer service and handle guest queries
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace
Take orders and handle billing (if required)
Manage stock levels and inform about shortages
Ensure quality and consistency in every beverage served

Requirements:

Prior experience as a Barista (Junior/Senior level)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Presentable and customer-focused personality
Flexible with shifts

Additional for Senior Barista:

Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Ability to train junior staff
