Kitchen Sanitation & Hygiene

• Maintain spotless back-of-house areas, including deep cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and food preparation zones.

• Operate commercial dishwashing machines, ensuring all pots, pans, and cutlery are sanitized according to health codes.

• Manage waste disposal, recycling, and trash removal to prevent contamination.

Operational Support

• Ensure wait stations are fully stocked with clean dishes, glassware, and cutlery during peak hours.

• Assist in unpacking food deliveries and properly organizing dry storage and cold-room spaces.

• Comply with all HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) safety protocols and report maintenance issues to management.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen stewarding or food and beverage (F&B) role.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

• Certifications: Basic food safety or hygiene certifications are typically preferred.
