🎬 Position: Service Associate (Guest / Customer Service Associate)Location: Ahmedabad –INOX Himalaya Mall Employment Type: Full‑time, Permanent (including shift and rotational schedules)💼 About the RoleYou’ll be the friendly face of the cinema—welcoming guests, handling box‑office and concessions sales, assisting inside auditoriums, and providing seat‑side services. You’ll be trained to use ticketing software (like SHOWBIZZ), process transactions, upsell, and resolve guest queries.✅ Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Interaction & SupportGreet and assist guests in a courteous and timely mannerHelp them find seats, offer movie/showtime information, and manage queries or complaints Box Office & ConcessionOperate box office systems to issue tickets, process refunds, handle concession orderFollow strict cash handling procedures, perform self‑audits, maintain cash floats and daily reportsSeat-side Service & UpsellinRecommend food or beverage items and seat services (e.g., popcorn, drinks) to enhance guest experience and boost revenueCleanliness & Operational StandardMaintain hygiene in counters, auditoriums, and F&B zones, help with section upkeep and safety complianceTeamwork & MultitaskinWork collaboratively across box office, concessions, ushering, loyalty programs, and promotions🎓 Qualifications & Candidate ProfilEducation: 10th or 12th pass; graduates or hospitality diploma holders preferredExperience: Freshers welcome (0–1 year); experience in hospitality, retail, cinema, or customer service is a pluAge: Typically 18–30 years in Ahmedabad listingsGender: Listings show any gender eligible in Ahmedabad and Vadodara roles (Delhi sometimes restricts male candidates only)SkillsBasic English and Hindi/Gujarati communicatioStrong customer‑centric attitude, presentable, well‑groomeQuick learner, multitasker, disciplined, integrity-driven attitudeShifts: Must be comfortable with morning, evening, night, and rotational shifts including weekends💰 Offered Compensation & BenefitIn-hand Salary: Approximately ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month depending on location, experience, and shift—aligned with listings in Ahmedabad and VadodaraAnnual CTC: ₹1.5 LPA to ₹3.6 LPA based on AmbitionBox estimates for Service/Guest Service associatesBenefits: Provident Fund, Health Insurance, ESI, paid sick leave, leave encashment, life insurance; night meal allowance
