Guest Service Associate

PVR INOX Guest Service Associate (GSA) role, the responsibilities can be written as:

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, friendly, and professional cinema experience.

• Manage ticket booking, ticket validation, and box office operations efficiently.

• Handle Food & Beverage (F&B) counter operations, including order taking, billing, and serving.

• Guide guests to their auditoriums and assist with seating arrangements.

• Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly while maintaining high service standards.

• Ensure auditoriums, lobby, washrooms, and public areas are clean and presentable.

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at F&B counters.

• Operate billing/POS systems and handle cash and digital transactions accurately.

• Promote and upsell food combos, beverages, memberships, and ongoing offers.

• Assist in crowd management during peak hours, movie premieres, and special events.

• Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and emergency procedures.

• Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and technical teams to ensure smooth theatre operations.
