F&B Supervisor – Restaurant Operations

Namosri Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced F&B Supervisor for Mai Kai Restaurant at Tiki Farms Resort, Karjat.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily restaurant floor operations.

• Lead Captains and Stewards and allocate duties.

• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve customer concerns.

• Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service.

• Monitor inventory, billing, and POS operations.

• Maintain hygiene and service standards.

• Support banquet, event, and group dining operations.

Requirements:

• Graduate.

• 2–6+ years of experience in restaurants, hotels, or resorts.

• Strong leadership and guest handling skills.

• Knowledge of restaurant operations and POS systems.

• Good communication in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred).

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month.

• Accommodation provided.

• Meals provided.

• Full-time residential role.

• 6 days working.

• Day shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

• Immediate joining preferred.

Location: Mai Kai Restaurant, Tiki Farms Resort, Karjat, Raigad.
