Qualifications

• Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a Fine Dining Café, Dining Café, Restaurant, or the Hospitality Industry.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our café. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain operational excellence, supervise the service team, and support business growth while adhering to company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the café.

• Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of service staff.

• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly.

• Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and service standards.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and shift allocation.

• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely stock replenishment.

• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed.

• Handle billing, cash management, and daily sales reconciliation.

• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of team members.

• Support the Café Manager in achieving sales targets and operational KPIs.

• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and support teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare daily operational reports and share updates with the management team.
