Food and Beverage Manager

Job Title: F&B Assistant Manager (Executive Dining)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise Executive Dining room operations

• Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service

• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, and facility teams

• Handle VIP guests and corporate leadership dining requirements

• Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standards

• Monitor inventory, food costs, and vendor coordination

• Train and supervise service staff for performance excellence

• Address guest feedback and ensure quick resolution of concerns

Prepare reports and maintain operational documentation

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality or facility management

• At least 2 years of experience managing Executive Dining rooms in industrial/corporate catering services

Location Preference:
