We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join Namosri Ventures Private Limited at Tiki Farms Resort, Karjat. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete F&B operations of the resort, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, excellent guest experience, effective team management and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day F&B operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Supervise the 200-cover restaurant, including AC and non-AC sections.
Lead, train and motivate Captains, Stewards and other F&B team members.
Ensure smooth coordination between the restaurant, kitchen, purchase and other departments.
Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery.
Monitor restaurant hygiene, cleanliness, grooming and service standards.
Manage inventory, stock levels, FIFO, wastage and breakage.
Monitor food and beverage costs and implement cost-control measures.
Handle menu planning, menu costing, pricing and menu engineering.
Monitor daily sales, covers, average guest spend and restaurant performance.
Develop initiatives to increase weekday and overall restaurant revenue.
Drive upselling and suggestive selling among the F&B team.
Prepare and monitor daily/weekly F&B reports and MIS.
Ensure proper mise en place and coordination with the kitchen team.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, food safety and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with the purchase team for timely procurement and stock availability.
Manage banquet, group dining, events and special occasions as required.
Maintain team discipline and ensure high service standards.
Take ownership of F&B profitability, operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Graduate preferred; Hotel Management/Hospitality qualification will be an advantage.
3–6 years of relevant experience in F&B, restaurant, hotel or resort operations.
Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial F&B role preferred.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and team management.
Good understanding of P&L, food costing, inventory control and revenue management.
Strong guest-handling, communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of FSSAI, food safety and hygiene standards.
Experience handling large-cover restaurants or resort operations will be preferred.
Must be willing to relocate to Karjat.
Food and accommodation will be provided by the company.
Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and interview performance.
