Job Description:

Devrana Resort is hiring an experienced F&B & Banquet Manager to oversee food & beverage operations and manage banquet events. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, smooth event execution, and excellent guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Food & Beverage Management:

• Oversee daily restaurant and food service operations

• Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards

• Manage staff, inventory, and vendor coordination

• Control costs and improve operational efficiency

• Handle guest feedback and ensure customer satisfaction
  Salary: ₹30,000-₹40,000

Banquet Management:

• Plan and execute events, weddings, and conferences

• Coordinate with clients for event requirements and customization

• Supervise banquet setup, service, and event flow

• Manage banquet staff during events

• Ensure timely execution and high service standards
  Salary: ₹20,000-₹28,000

Requirements:

• Graduate (Hotel Management preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in F&B and Banquet operations

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good communication and client handling abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment
