Job Summary:

The Food & Beverage staff is responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests, ensuring smooth operations of food and beverage service, maintaining hygiene standards, and providing an excellent dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
Take guests orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team
Prepare and serve basic beverages, including mocktails, soft drinks, and other non-alcoholic drinks
Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per company and regulatory guidelines
Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests efficiently
Assist in menu presentation and provide recommendations to guests
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely service
Ensure proper billing and payment processing
Maintain stock levels and report shortages
