Hotel Basant Sarovar is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Manager to join our hospitality team.

Experience

• 2–3 Years of relevant F&B / Hotel / Restaurant experience preferred

• Freshers can also apply if they have good communication, leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Food & Beverage operations

• Supervise restaurant and service staff

• Maintain food quality, service and hygiene standards

• Handle guest requirements and resolve complaints professionally

• Manage inventory, stock,k and wastage control

• Monitor daily sales and operational performance

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams

• Train and motivate the F&B team

• Ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations
