We are looking for a Food and Beverage cum Operations Manager to join our team at By The Wok - Awesome Foods at Old Rajinder Nagar to provide excellent dining service to the guests.
The job is a 10 hour shift role with shift options as 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM and 1:30 PM to 11:30 PM on rotational basis. In this role, you will take orders, serve food, prepare beverages as requested, manage POS and billing, manage the pickup counter and order processing and handover of Swiggy & Zomato orders and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹17,000 - ₹20,000 and a friendly work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and assist them in seating.
Take accurate/correct food and beverage orders.
Punch orders in the billing software and manage the billing
Manage the order processing of Online/Dine in orders in coordination with kitchen staff and manage the pickup counter and handover of Online orders
Serve dishes in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas.
Respond to guest queries or requests.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
Set up and clear tables for guests.
Manage the cash & billing for the outlet
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. They must have good communication skills, good knowledge of making beverages and management of order processing , and a customer-friendly attitude.
