Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, café, hotel, lounge, restaurant, or client servicing roles preferred
Working Days:6 days a week (weekend availability required
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and attend to clients and guests professionally
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, beverages, and snacks in front of clients when required
• Serve refreshments using a serving trolley in a presentable manner
• Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of pantry and serving area
• Maintain hygiene, grooming, and professional etiquette at all times
• Coordinate with kitchen/chef for timely serving of food items
• Ensure crockery, cutlery, trays, and serving items are properly maintained
• Support the site team during client visits and meetings
• Maintain stock of pantry and serving essentials
Preferred Skills:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of hospitality and serving etiquette
• Ability to handle guests politely and confidently
• Knowledge of tea/coffee preparation and food serving standards
