Job Title: Cloud Kitchen Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and organized Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for booking delivery services, overseeing day-to-day dispatch operations, managing delivery cash collections, and ensuring orders reach customers accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery Management: Book delivery partners (e.g., Dunzo, Porter, Shadowfax, or internal riders) for daily orders and track order progress.

• Cash & Settlement Management: Handle daily Cash on Delivery (COD) collections, maintain accurate cash registers, and tally end-of-day balances.

• Coordination: Liaise between the dispatch/kitchen team, delivery partners, and customers to resolve order or location issues promptly.

• Record Keeping: Maintain daily dispatch logs, delivery track reports, and payment details.

  Requirements:

• Qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent.

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in delivery coordination, dispatch handling, store operations, or cashiering (Freshers with good smartphone skills are welcome).

• Skills: Basic smartphone literacy, familiarity with delivery booking apps, and basic numerical skills for cash handling.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹11,000 – ₹15,000 per month (In-hand)
