Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented Cloud Kitchen Operations Executive to manage our end-to-end online order fulfillment cycle. You will serve as the nervous system of our Manikonda cloud kitchen, ensuring that every online order received is seamlessly accepted, prepared according to standard timelines, efficiently dispatched via optimal delivery partners, and financially settled at the end of the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Management & Processing: Monitor online ordering dashboards (such as Zomato, Swiggy, and our direct website platform) constantly. Accept orders instantly and accurately communicate customisations or dietary notes to the kitchen staff.

• Delivery & Logistics Coordination: Seamlessly coordinate delivery logistics by booking and assigning third-party hyper-local riders through platforms like Dunzo, Porter, Shadowfax, or Swiggy Genie based on speed and cost efficiency.

• Dispatch & Quality Control: Verify that the packaged meals perfectly match the order invoice before handing them over. Ensure all condiments, cutlery, and safety seals are intact.

• Order Tracking & Resolution: Track orders proactively from dispatch to the customer's doorstep. Address and resolve any in-transit delivery hiccups, driver delays, or customer queries immediately.

• Financial Settlements & Reconciliation: Manage and tallies daily Cash on Delivery (COD) payouts, track order marketplace payments, reconcile payment status across delivery aggregation apps, and ensure exact end-of-day cash/digital wallet settlement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in food-tech dispatching, restaurant operations, or logistics coordination. Freshers with high energy and quick problem-solving skills are welcome.

• Technical Savvy: High familiarity with handling aggregator merchant apps (Zomato/Swiggy partner portals) and delivery booking apps.

• Communication: Clear and calm communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, or English to smoothly coordinate with delivery executives, kitchen staff, and customers.

• Core Abilities: High speed, mental alertness under rush hours, and basic math/accounting skills for daily financial tallies.

• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including weekends and late-evening peak dinner hours
