Cafe Assistant – Bubble Tea Shop

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe Assistant to join our bubble tea shop team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing beverages, serving customers, maintaining cleanliness, handling cash transactions, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare bubble tea, smoothies, coffee, and other beverages according to standard recipes.

Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.

Handle billing, cash, and digital payments accurately.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe, equipment, and workstations.

Refill ingredients, toppings, and supplies as required.

Assist in inventory checks and stock management.

Ensure food safety and quality standards are followed.

Support promotional activities and upselling of products.

Address customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements

Minimum 10th/12th Pass.

Prior experience in a cafe, restaurant, or retail environment is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is an advantage.
