కేఫ్ స్టాఫ్

Cafe staff are the face of the Cafe outlet. You will prepare beverages and food items to standard, serve customers quickly, and keep the outlet clean and well stocked. The role suits freshers who enjoy fast-paced work and want to build a career in food and beverage.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare coffee, tea, shakes, cold beverages, snacks and quick meals as per standard recipes and SOPs

• Pack and hand over orders accurately and on time, including online and quick-delivery orders

• Greet customers politely, take orders and handle basic queries or complaints

• Operate the POS/billing system and handle cash and digital payments accurately

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines), including personal hygiene, uniform and handwashing

• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, equipment, kitchen and seating area

• Check stock levels, receive deliveries, follow FIFO and report shortages or wastage

• Open and close the outlet as per the checklist

• Coordinate with the cafe manager, team members and delivery partners
  

  Requirements

  • Education: 10th / 12th pass or above

  • Experience: Freshers welcome; 6 months+ in a cafe, QSR or restaurant is a plus

  • Age: 18-30 years

  • Basic communication in Hindi; English and/or the local language is an advantage

  • Ability to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Willingness to work in shifts, weekends and holidays

  • Neat, well-groomed and customer-friendly

  • Basic knowledge of coffee or beverage making is a plus, and training is provided
