Job Title: Cafe Staff/Bartender

Location: Sector 23, Gurugram

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Bartender to join our outlet team. The role involves preparing shakes, mojitos, shakes by maintaining hygiene, and ensuring a great in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection

• Take orders accurately and prepare milkshakes, mojitos, ice creams, and other items

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store as per standards

• Ensure proper display and stocking of products and ingredients

• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns politely

• Upsell and promote ongoing offers or combos

• Coordinate with team members for smooth operations

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass

• Prior experience of minimum 2 years is preferred (not mandatory)

• Basic understanding of POS or willingness to learn

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts

• Ability to handle customers professionally
