Roles & Responsibilities:

Service:

● Responsible for executing service in a timely manner to all guests in assigned

section

● Have knowledge of all 4 verticals including coffee, bakehouse and kitchen,

cacao and service etiquette

Reporting & Sales:

● Achieve Monthly Targets of sales as prescribed by Manager

Maintenance and upkeep:

● Report any requirements of Maintenance and upkeep to Asst Store Lead

Skills Required:

1. Good Communication skills – Should be able to communicate well in English

2. Looks for work to do

3. Can work well in a team

4. Hunger to learn about food and beverages

5. Open to be multi skilled

6. Highly attentive at all times
