Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales: Greet customers immediately with a friendly attitude, take accurate orders via the Point of Sale (POS) system, and suggestively sell/upsell menu items.
Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and assemble food items according to company recipes, portion sizes, and health department regulations.
Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and restrooms, and following all food safety procedures.
Operational Efficiency: Handle cash and digital payments securely, restock inventory/supplies, and work efficiently under pressure.
