Job Summary:
Superdonuts is hiring energetic and customer-friendly QSR Crew Members who can take orders, prepare food items as per brand standards, pack orders, and serve/deliver orders to guests. The candidate should maintain hygiene, follow SOPs, and provide fast service with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Taking & Billing
Welcome customers and take orders politely.
Suggest add-ons and combos to increase sales.
Handle billing on POS machine/cash counter.
Accept payments (cash, UPI, card) and maintain accuracy.
Order Preparation & Packing
Prepare food items as per Superdonuts standards.
Pack takeaway/delivery orders properly with correct labeling.
Ensure correct quantity, quality, and presentation of orders.
Maintain proper food safety and hygiene while preparing items.
Serving & Guest Handling
Serve orders to dine-in customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle basic queries.
Maintain clean tables and guest area.
Store Hygiene & Maintenance
Maintain cleanliness of counter, kitchen area, and store.
Follow hygiene and safety standards (FSSAI guidelines).
Ensure proper stock arrangement and waste disposal.
Stock & Inventory Support
Assist in checking stock levels of raw materials.
Inform manager about low stock items.
Support daily opening and closing duties.
Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi/English).
Customer handling and polite behavior.
Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
Teamwork and discipline.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass (preferred).
Experience in QSR/Food outlet is a plus (Freshers can also apply).
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Must be active, punctual, and well-groomed.
