Position: Team Member
Industry: QSR / Restaurant / Café
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
Take orders, handle billing, and ensure accurate order processing.
Prepare and serve food as per company SOPs and quality standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store and work area.
Ensure proper food handling, packaging, and presentation.
Support the team in daily store operations.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
Required Experience
Relevant experience in QSR / Restaurant / Café preferred.
Experience with brands such as Domino’s, Subway, McDonald’s, KFC or similar QSR brands will be an advantage.
Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
Key Skills
Good communication and customer service skills.
Teamwork and coordination.
Basic billing/cash handling knowledge is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good hygiene and professional attitude.
