OUTLET MANAGER

Role Purpose

To manage complete outlet operations including staff, Billing, inventory ordering, sales, hygiene, and coordination with the central kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility of daily outlet operations.

• Billing in POS

• Manage staff attendance, discipline, and duty allocation.

• Place daily orders to the central kitchen.

• Handle counter operations and cash management.

• Ensure SOP compliance for food quality and hygiene.

• Resolve day-to-day operational issues.

• Coordinate with Inventory & SOP Supervisor during checks.

• Ensure outlet cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Authority

• Reports to: Area Manager and SOP Supervisor

• Responsible for all outlet-level activities.

Skills & Requirements

• Experience in QSR / restaurant management.

• Leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Basic inventory and billing knowledge.
