OUTLET MANAGER
Role Purpose
To manage complete outlet operations including staff, Billing, inventory ordering, sales, hygiene, and coordination with the central kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
Overall responsibility of daily outlet operations.
Billing in POS
Manage staff attendance, discipline, and duty allocation.
Place daily orders to the central kitchen.
Handle counter operations and cash management.
Ensure SOP compliance for food quality and hygiene.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
Coordinate with Inventory & SOP Supervisor during checks.
Ensure outlet cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Authority
Reports to: Area Manager and SOP Supervisor
Responsible for all outlet-level activities.
Skills & Requirements
Experience in QSR / restaurant management.
Leadership and problem-solving skills.
Basic inventory and billing knowledge.
