Job Title: Café Front-End Staff / Customer Service Associate

Location: Bangalore - Whitefield/JP Nagar/Mysore Road/Baiyappanahalli/RR Nagar

Type: Full-Time.

We are looking for a Front Desk Executive/Cafe Staff to join our team at Gopalan Enterprises to assist shoppers, provide product information, process transactions, and promote sales. The role requires a positive attitude and managing responsibilities like stocking shelves, managing transactions, and delivering excellent customer service. The role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service.

• Take orders accurately and efficiently.

• Operate the POS system for billing, cash/card/UPI transactions.

• Guide customers on menu items and assist with recommendations when required.

• Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and presentable.

• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely order delivery.

• Handle customer questions, feedback, and concerns politely.

• Follow hygiene, safety, and café service standards at all times.

• Assist in opening and closing duties of the café.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and 2 - 5 years of experience. The responsibility includes achieving sales targets, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with inventory procedures.
