A KFC Team Member ensures fast, friendly service and quality food. Duties include taking orders, operating cash registers, preparing and packing meals, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, and following strict hygiene and food safety standards. They work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer inquiries.
Core Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet guests, accurately take orders at the front counter or drive-thru, process payments, and resolve complaints using the L.A.S.T. (Listen, Apologize, Solve, Thank) method.
Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and assemble food items (e.g., chicken, sandwiches, sides) according to KFC Global Careers quality standards.
Cleanliness & Sanitation: Maintain dining areas, restrooms, and food prep stations. Follow rigorous sanitation procedures for cooking surfaces and utensils.
Inventory & Stocking: Rotate food products on a first-in, first-out basis, restock supplies, and manage waste by monitoring shelf life.
Requirements & Skills
Attitude: A positive, energetic attitude and the ability to work well within a team.
Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
