Key Responsibilities

Prepare tea, coffee, shakes, mocktails, and café food items as per SOP
Handle billing and POS operations
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, counter, and seating area
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Manage customer orders professionally
Handle parcel and online orders efficiently
Ensure proper stock handling and storage
Assist in opening and closing duties
Maintain grooming and proper uniform daily
Support team during rush hours

Requirements

Freshers & experienced candidates both can apply
Basic communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Team player with discipline and punctuality
Prior café/QSR experience preferred
