QSR Outlet Manager – Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QSR Outlet Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of the outlet, lead the team, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets.

Manage, train, and motivate the outlet team.

Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower requirements.

Ensure compliance with QSR SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and food costs.

Handle customer complaints and ensure a positive customer experience.

Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily closing procedures.

Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for efficient operations.

Conduct regular outlet inspections and maintain cleanliness standards.

Prepare daily/weekly operational and sales reports.

Support promotional activities and new product launches.

Ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements

Qualification: Degree/Diploma preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant QSR/Restaurant experience.

Strong knowledge of QSR operations.

Good leadership and team-management skills.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Knowledge of inventory, food cost, wastage, and sales management.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Immediate joiners preferred.
