Job Title: Café Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Café Manager to manage and oversee daily operations of our café in Rudraprayag. The candidate will be responsible for handling staff, maintaining service quality, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Food and Accommodation will be provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete day-to-day café operations

• Supervise and train café staff

• Maintain high standards of customer service

• Handle staff scheduling and duty management

• Monitor stock levels and manage inventory

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers

• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness standards are maintained

• Handle billing, cash management & daily sales reports

• Resolve customer complaints professionally

• Increase sales through promotions and customer engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in café/restaurant management

• Good leadership and team handling skills

• Basic knowledge of billing software & MS Excel

• Strong communication and customer handling skills

• Ability to manage pressure during peak hours

• Honest, responsible, and disciplined
